Co-Founder
Jake Fabbre
After attending St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jake worked as a Technical Coordinator at Triplex Direct Marketing Corporation. There he wrote programs that created customized mailing lists for multi-million piece, nationwide direct mail campaigns. Since 2002, he has worked with automotive marketing campaigns for dealerships nationwide. In January of 2006 he co-founded G4 Media.
When not at work, he can be found spending time with his wife and 2 kids, playing tennis, snowboarding, or making music. He's consistently last place in the G4 Fantasy Football League, earning the right to buy beer for next years’ draft-party.
Co-Founder
Sean Alders
Five years of automotive sales, leasing and finance followed Sean’s education at St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey. Having been in automotive marketing since 1999, he co-founded G4 Media in January 2006.
Outside of work, Sean plays hockey and poker and coaches his daughter’s softball and son’s baseball teams. He is still a die-hard New York Rangers, Yankees and Giants fan, despite having lived in California for over 20 years.
Administrative Co-ordinator/Controller
Jesse Blethen
Jesse began her career in automotive marketing as a coordinator in 2003 supporting both external and internal clients. She quickly grew into a lead role before shifting into healthcare marketing. It was there that her areas of expertise expanded to include back-end administration, operations management, bookkeeping and human resources. Her vast skill set combined with her experience in automotive made her the perfect fit for G4 Media! She joined G4 in 2021 taking on the role of Controller…. And about a million other things!
When she’s not working, she’s enjoying time with her family and running a taxi service so that her kids can always be on time for their various sports & extracurricular activities. She loves to be outdoors, taking advantage of all that Northern California has to offer - kayaking, camping, and fishing with her husband and her 2 pugs whenever she can.

Matt Mooney
After a brief stint as a soccer star in college, Matt “Ol’ Moondog” Mooney spent 7 years with UPS. He eventually learned that he wasn’t cut out for physical labor and in 2000 made the move to Automotive Marketing - specializing in Direct Mail, Sub-Prime Marketing & Data Management. He joined the G4 Team in April of 2015.
It’s rare to catch Matt out of the office. But when he can, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter… The same cannot be said about his 2 crazy dogs. A former collegiate athlete and self-described “Playground Legend” Matt is still a huge sports fan. He can and will explain in great detail why he’s a Dodgers fan despite living his entire life in Northern California.

Paul Yeafoli
After 20+ successful years in Radio as an On-Air Personality, Programming Director & Sales Manager in Washington, Oregon & California; Paul wanted a change. His interest in the Automotive Industry drew him to the #1 Toyota Dealer on the west coast where he worked as a Fleet Manager. In 2008 Paul pivoted from dealerships to a director role in Automotive Multi-Media Marketing & Advertising. In 2017 he wised up and joined G4 Media!
When not serving his dealers Paul enjoys: fine dining with his wife Jennifer; spending time with his daughter Dominique and traveling. But his biggest passion is BMWs! Whether it’s working on them, purchasing them, or driving them all over the United States, Paul is clearly a man obsessed. In a span of 30 years he has owned 36 BMWs (he has dwindled that down to just 4 for now). First licensed to drive at the ripe old age of 14 in Kansas, he has logged over 2 million miles in 38 of the 50 States. Please don’t ask how many speeding tickets he’s gotten. It’s 74 (seriously).
